What's the dress code?
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests who are explicitly named on the invitation. If a plus one is included, it will be indicated clearly when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration, with attendance limited to children who are specifically named on the invitation. We will provide childcare so the kiddos can have a fun night of their own!
What is the best airport to use?
Houston has two major airports! George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU), with Hobby being the smaller, regional airport. Either are a great option for travel!
What's the weather in Houston like?
Summer starts in May in Houston, and our proximity to the Gulf makes our summers humid. The wedding and reception will be mostly indoors, but if you plan to stay the weekend, pack cool, breathable clothing (and bathing suits, if you want to take a dip in a pool!)
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the church at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time so everyone can be seated before we begin.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and remain fully present with us in the moment. Our professional photographer will capture everything beautifully!
